Initial Consultation
Helping people is at the heart of everything we do. All of our clients receive a fee-free initial no-obligation consultation from one of our experienced advisers. After the initial consultation, you can decide to proceed by paying our fees up-front or on completion. Either way, we are happy with what works for you.
Initial consultation is free of charge and with non-obligation. There may be a fee for mortgage advice. The precise amount of the fee will depend upon your circumstances but will range from £95 to £995 and this will be discussed and agreed with you at the earliest opportunity.
First Time Buyer Advice
We will take the time to fully understand your needs, your desires, and your challenges. Then we will create a roadmap with actionable steps to help you get where you want to be. We’ll guide you on your property journey with the utmost care.
Mortgage Brokerage & Application
As part of our job, we will directly liaise with the lenders to help find you the right deal, communicate with solicitors working on your case, and be a reliable point of contact for estate agents and other parties from whom you’re buying a property. A seamless management, all in one place.
Your home/property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or other debt secured on it.
